Our store is located in the emblematic Barrio Salamanca in Madrid, specifically at Calle Lagasca 44 (near the corner with Goya). In addition, we have a free Personal Shopper service by appointment to advise and explain to our customers everything related to our articles. Don't hesitate to try it!

We include a dedication from you, once in the purchase order, specify that the note must be included in the space dedicated to comments. We will send it to you.  

We also have gift cards with the desired amount, as long as it is greater than €100, they can be used online through a personalized code or in the same store, where you can enjoy personal assistance. You have twelve months to use it. 

Joaquin Berao provides shipments to national and international territory.

The shipping cost is borne by the customer except if a discount code is available or in certain promotions.

Our shipments are made through private courier companies directly to the door of your house. Once the order is delivered by us, you will receive an email with the details of the package and the delivery time.

The collection at our store, calle Lagasca 44, in Madrid, is totally free. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and later a message from our team informing you when it will be ready to pick up the package.

In the store itself you can try on your jewelry, ask for advice from our specialized staff, and ask any questions you may have.

Payment for our products can be made by credit card, Visa, Mastercard and American express.

If the product has a lower value than the gift card, only the corresponding amount will be deducted. The remainder may be exchanged at another time, in a period of less than 12 months from the date of delivery of the card.

All our jewels are made by hand and many of them on demand. Do not hesitate to visit our online catalog and discover our collections. All of them can be custom ordered, once in the purchase order, specify in the space dedicated to comments.

Immediate parts can only be obtained in our physical store.

We have our own workshop that offers a maintenance and conservation service for the parts, to always keep them in perfect condition. 

The price will depend on the maintenance required by the jewel, do not hesitate to contact us to resolve any questions, or to request an appointment with us.
